I have dedicated my life’s work to providing guidance to women and I am here to help you gain the strength, confidence, and clarity needed to tackle life’s challenges. People come to therapy for many different reasons. Nearly everyone can benefit from the support of a therapist and a safe space to process feelings and examine challenges. I work with women who are dealing with a wide range of issues, including:

My Approach to Individual Therapy

I believe that my role as your individual therapist is to provide you with a safe, supportive and collaborative environment. Through therapy, I will support and empower you to make wanted changes in your life. My approach is integrative, holistic, and tailored to meet your individual needs and goals.

In my practice, I draw on a number of evidence-based modes of therapy. These include mind-body therapies, cognitive behavioral therapy (cbt), acceptance and commitment therapy (act), mindfulness, positive psychology, EMDR, and solution-focused therapy. During sessions, you can expect me to be active and engaged, and to build on your strengths and experience. I will also be unconditionally supportive, encouraging, and non-judgmental as we work together to address your challenges and reach your goals.
