Fees

Fees for standard 50-minute sessions range from $230 to $250. Longer sessions are charged on a pro rata basis. Client initiated check-ins outside of regular sessions, and Client requested paperwork (ie. insurance inquires, letters regarding your treatment) are billed at your regular session rate, pro-rated to 15 minute intervals.

I offer a limited number of reduced fee spaces based on financial need. Reduced fees are determined on an individual basis during the initial phone consultation.

 

Payment
Method

I accept the following payment methods: cash, personal check, venmo, paypal, and credit cards. When paying by credit card, a 3 percent service charge will be added. Payment is due at the time of your session.


Insurance

I do not bill insurance directly, however, if you have a PPO insurance plan, you can likely see me as an out-of-network provider. I am happy to provide you with an insurance-ready receipt so that you can request reimbursement for your services. If this is of interest to you, please contact your insurance provider to determine the specifics of your coverage. You may also want to use a flex spending account (associated with your primary insurance) or a health savings account (HSA) to cover your psychotherapy fees.


 

Late Cancellations & Missed Counseling Sessions

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule your session. I have a 48-hour late cancellation policy. That means that if you do not attend your scheduled therapy session, and have not notified me within 48 hours of the appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the session.

Prior to your first appointment, a credit card will be required to reserve your session. This card will be charged for missed appointments or late cancellations.
