Groups

Sometimes we feel alone in our struggles. When situations start to feel overwhelming, it is easy to forget that other people have faced similar journeys. Well-meaning friends and family might say things that make your pain feel even deeper. You may feel like nobody understands.

Participating in a group can be a powerful way to gain support and address challenging life situations with others who are facing similar issues. I facilitate several different groups at various times throughout the year. If one of these groups is of interest to you, please contact me for me details.

every one of us. That's why it's a comfort
to go hand in hand."

Through group sessions, I will act as your guide and encourage discussion of thoughts, feelings and concerns around pregnancy, body image, role transitions and relationship changes.

The group also promotes healthy attachment to the pregnancy, addresses questions about prenatal screening and other pregnancy related-decisions, and helps moms-to-be feel more prepared for birth and the postpartum period.
