Wellness coaching deals with issues related to your overall health. Trying to change your behavior or improve your health is hard. There are often many things that stand in your way. Coaching can help you identify and remove those barriers, therefore improving your overall health. For instance, we may talk about nutrition, fitness, sleep, and stress management.
The goal of wellness coaching is not to provide a quick fix, but to help you make lasting lifestyle changes. As your wellness coach, I help you develop a self-care program that helps you reach your individual goals. Furthermore, your individual lifestyle takes into account your lifestyle needs. We will start where you are, and will identify short and long terms goals, taking into account food preferences, allergies, fitness level, family dynamics, budge, schedule, and other factors relevant to developing a plan that will work for you.
Through coaching sessions, we will explore potential obstacles, build upon your strengths, and make necessary adjustments as we go. My goal is to provide a compassionate and encouraging setting. Together, we will explore what has been keeping you from having the health you want. Then, I will help you develop a practical, workable plan that will allow you to make lasting changes.
