THERAPY + SUPPORT  for your JOURNEY  to and  through MOTHERHOOD
Are you struggling with issues related to infertility, pregnancy or parenting?
You probably imagined that getting pregnant, having a baby, becoming a mother, and raising a family would be an exciting, joy-filled journey. But for many women and couples, this phase of life is fraught with challenges.
Do any of these sound like you?
You are trying to get pregnant but are having trouble conceiving
You suffered the devastating loss of a pregnancy or baby
You had a traumatic childbirth experience
You are experiencing anxiety, depression or distress during your pregnancy or postpartum
You are finding motherhood to be hard and overwhelming
You are struggling to balance parenting with work or other roles
Your relationship with your partner feels strained or disconnected
You feel like you have lost aspects of your identity and your sense of well-being
If so, let me help guide you on your journey to healing.
"Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage
is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying
I will try again tomorrow.”

Groups
In addition to individual therapy and couples counseling, I also offer group support to help you on your family-building and parenting path. If you think you might benefit from group support, I hope you will check out my infertility, mind-body, pregnancy, and parenting groups.
