My passion is helping women lead their best lives.

Being a woman today is challenging. Women have more choices, but also more commitments and expectations than ever before. I am here to help you gain the strength, confidence, and clarity needed to tackle life’s challenges, to make impactful decisions, to heal emotionally, and to feel well.

I work with women from adolescence through adulthood who are dealing with a wide range of issues including:

I also enjoy working with women who are seeking therapy for the purpose of self-growth and exploration. This type of work is useful for women who want to take a deeper look at their goals, values, and the things that give meaning to their lives. Through this exploration, women become more self-aware and empowered, and are better able to understand and attain what is truly important to them.
